Where we could not read a detail from the source, we have left it out rather than guess. Call ahead outside summer, because several of these are small houses that run on the owners' calendar rather than a front desk.

Seven properties were removed from this page in September 2026. Five had dead websites. One, Ogopogo Bed and Breakfast, had lost its domain to an unrelated site. One, The Hopeless Romantic, now has a single page saying it is closed. If you run a Kelowna B&B and belong on this list, tell us and we will check and add you.
Where to book
Most small B&B rooms are now sold through the big platforms rather than direct, so the list above is deliberately short and is not everything that exists. These four are where the rest of it lives. Booking direct with the properties above is usually cheaper, and you get to speak to the owner.

| BBCanada | A Canadian B&B directory rather than a booking engine. Thinner than it once was, but it still turns up independents that list nowhere else. |
Other places to stay in Kelowna
A B&B is not always the right call. If you want a pool and a front desk, try hotels and motels. For a whole place to yourself, look at vacation rentals or cabins and cottages.
